Civil rights issues are handled by FPAC’s Civil Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity Division (CREEOD) on behalf of RMA. The Civil Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity Division ensures equal employment opportunity and program access for all RMA employees and customers. It ensures that every employee, applicant, and program participant is treated with dignity, equality, and respect by enforcing civil rights and equal employment opportunity statutes, protected Federal laws, policies, management directives, and Executive orders.

The Farm Production and Conservation Service's Civil Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity Division (CREEOD) ensures equal employment opportunity and program access for all FPAC employees and customers. USDA Office of the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights
The mission of the USDA Office of the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (OASCR) provides leadership and direction for the fair and equitable treatment of all USDA customers and employees while ensuring the delivery of quality programs and enforcement of civil rights. The Anti-Harassment Procedure Manual, information on religious exemptions, and information on reasonable accommodation and personal assistance services can be found on the OASCR website.

"And Justice for All" Assisted Poster (PDF) The "And Justice For All" Civil Rights poster (Form AD-475-A—Assisted Poster/Revised September 2019) is to be prominently displayed in all offices where there is an RMA presence. The poster should be placed where it may be viewed by employees and customers.
Recipients of Federally-assisted programs such as Approved Insurance Providers and their agents, and Partnership Agreement Holders such as State land-grant university partners are required to display this poster in their facilities where it can be viewed by customers.
