The Department of Agriculture (USDA), Risk Management Agency (RMA) is upgrading the CARS application to the Microsoft Dynamic 365 platform. The upgrade is scheduled to be completed July 8, 2024.

As a follow up to COM-24-003 sent April 16, 2024, all AIP members needing access to CARS after the upgrade is complete must submit a new 586F form only listing CARS 365 access on the form and establish a Login.gov account.

In preparation for the upgrade, please limit CARS usage beginning July 1, 2024. At the close of business on July 2, 2024, CARS will go into read only status and no documents can be uploaded until the new site is live on July 8, 2024. When the new site is live, an email will be sent to the distribution email address on file for each AIP.
